Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take six years away from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with her performance. Ariel competed against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the training. Ariel makes the best use of her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week one day being light weight day and another days heavy weight.
