Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up within Brisbane Australia. Daughter of an British father. Clemens began her career in Australian TV while still in high school. She was on Blue Water High's 2006 season as Juliet. Clemens played Harper in The Showtime series Love My Way that year and was nominated for a Graham Kennedy Award for Most Outstanding New Talent during the 2007 Logie Awards for the role. Clemens appeared on Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film featuring Sigrid Thonton Xavier Samuel Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. Additionally, she played minor roles on All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. Clemens was the main character in Jan Logan's Jewelery the same year. Clemens transferred to Los Angeles California, USA in 2009. Clemens played Xandrie on the 2010 film Wasted on the Young. Clemens portrays Tawney Talbot in Rectify (2013) which was created by Ray McKinnon for the Sundance Channel. The actress will be joined by Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
